This Privacy Policy explains how Quillsite ("we", "us"), a product of Inkbyte Studios Pty Ltd, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website builder and services.

Information we collect: when you create a Quillsite account, we collect your email address, username, and a securely hashed password. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information: we use your information to provide and improve Quillsite, to communicate with you about your account and billing, and to comply with legal obligations such as tax reporting.

Your site content: content you add to your Quillsite site (pages, text, images) is stored securely and is used only to serve your site to your visitors.

Third-party services: we use Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, MongoDB Atlas for data storage, and Cloudflare for content delivery and security. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Data retention: we retain your account and site data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a reasonable period in case you wish to reactivate, after which it may be deleted.

Your rights: you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
